Shipping Policy

Order processing and shipping at ELIXIR PERFUMES is carried out from our warehouse in Spain, sent with the company MRW and we want to provide you with detailed information so you have clarity:

Order Processing: All orders are handled and processed Monday to Friday. Please note that during holidays and sale seasons, there may be additional processing time due to higher order volume. However, under normal conditions, your order will be shipped the next working day after purchase.

Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can expect to receive it within 24 to 72 hours. This means that, under normal conditions, you should receive your order within one to three working days from the date the shipment was made.

Weekends: Please note that we do not ship at weekends. Shipments are made Monday to Friday on working days.
