RETURNS: We make your satisfaction our priority

At ELIXIR PERFUMES, we are committed to offering you the best shopping experience possible. If you ever need to return an item, we are here to make it easy. Our return policy is simple and fair, designed to give you peace of mind.

14-day return period Your satisfaction is important to us. That is why we offer a 14-day return period from the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Conditions for a successful return To be eligible for a return, the item must be in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging. We want to ensure that you receive the product exactly as we sent it to you.

Items that cannot be returned Please note that we cannot accept returns of items that have exceeded 15 days from delivery or sale items.

Transparent refund process Once we receive and verify your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the item. We will then evaluate whether your return complies with our policies. If approved, we will process your refund and it will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Late or missing refunds If you have not yet received your refund, we suggest you follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company.
  3. Get in touch with your bank for further information.

Easy exchanges If you need to exchange an item due to defects or damage, we will be delighted to help you. Simply send us an email to clientes@zubinvest.com and we will guide you through the exchange process. (We only replace items if they are defective or damaged).

Shipping costs Please note that shipping costs for returning an item are your responsibility and are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
